Como tudo começou
How I got started
Comprei uma motocicleta Goldwing em março de 2025. Rapidamente me frustrei com a falta de organização e a inutilidade geral do compartimento do console central. Tive a ideia de projetar algum tipo de organizador para esse compartimento por meses, mas nunca me dei ao trabalho de fazê-lo.
Um ano depois, finalmente me dediquei ao trabalho. Usando um software de modelagem 3D, criei do zero o inserto como o conhecemos hoje. Era apenas uma ideia que eu tinha na cabeça, baseada em um incômodo que eu sabia que tinha na minha moto. Fiz isso para resolver MEU problema, e então, um dia, tive a ideia de perguntar a alguns colegas proprietários de Goldwing em um grupo do Facebook o que eles achavam e como eu poderia melhorar o projeto.
Enquanto escrevo isto, uma semana após aquela publicação, recebi uma resposta extremamente positiva a esta peça (e à segunda peça que projetei), algo que jamais imaginei. Agradeço a todos que me deram feedback, me incentivaram e me apoiaram comprando as peças que projetei e fabriquei. É realmente gratificante!
Tenho mais projetos em andamento e ficaria feliz em trabalhar com pessoas que tenham problemas semelhantes em outros modelos de motos, quadriciclos, tratores, veículos, etc.
I bought a Goldwing motorcycle in March of 2025. I quickly became frustrated with the center console compartment's lack of organization and overall uselessness. I had the idea to design some sort of insert for this compartment for months and never bothered.
A year later, I finally put my head down and got to work. Using 3D modeling software, I created the insert as we know it today from scratch. Just an idea in my head with a known annoyance on my bike. I did this to solve MY problem, and then one day I had the idea to ask some fellow Goldwingers on a Facebook group what they thought and how I may improve the design.
As I write this, a week after that post, I have had an overwhelmingly positive response to this part (and the second part I designed) that was never something I could have imagined. I thank all of the folks that gave me feedback, encouraged me, and supported via purchases of the parts I have designed and manufactured. It's truly humbling!
I have more in the works and would be happy to work with folks who have similar issues on other model bikes, ATVs, tractors, vehicles, etc.
