Payment
At this time I am only accepting PayPal. Paypal is very easy to use, and if you do not have a PayPal account you can also use PayPal to pay by debit/credit card. Just choose the PayPal Option during checkout and after you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Please note that selecting the e-check option in PayPal will delay the shipment of your order by 4 or more business days while the payment clears.

I require payment within 48 hours of purchase, after that unpaid items may be relisted and orders canceled. Items will not be shipped until payment is received. Failure to pay may result in a negative feedback.

Shipping
I ship to ETSY addresses so please make sure it is correct! If your PayPal address and your Etsy address do not match I will automatically (without contacting you) ship to your Etsy address.

Orders ship anywhere from 1-7 business days of purchase (usually within 1-2 business days). All U.S. orders are shipped USPS First Class with delivery confirmation which takes approx. 2-5 days. International orders are shipped USPS First Class International, which does NOT include tracking or delivery confirmation. International shipping can take anywhere from 5-45 days. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please note that should your package incur any fees or taxes upon entering your country's customs these are always the responsibility of the BUYER.

Please contact me prior to ordering if you wish to expedite or insure your package.
For insurance, $1.70 is added onto any one purchase up to $50. After $50 I will cover the insurance. Please contact me for current expedited shipping rates. Requesting additional insurance/protection is ALWAYS the responsibility of the BUYER. Please note that I will NOT be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact me right away to request an exchange. Please contact me BEFORE sending your jewelry back so I know to expect your package, packages that are sent back without warning will not be accepted. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, and shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please make sure return packages are well protected and insured if necessary as I am not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please note that exchanges are NOT available on sale/clearance items or on custom/wholesale orders. I am not currently offering refunds or returns unless the item is defective, so please purchase seriously. All exchanges must be made within 60 days of purchase.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you wish to reserve an item, please contact me. I will hold the item for 24 hours. If you have not purchased it with the 24 hour time period, the hold will be released.
