As described! I bought another jacket with this and they both came in a timely manner (international shipping) and unlike many vintage clothings I buy online it smelt really nice! I don't like to wash denim & or sanforized fabric and was very happy I didn't have to!
Accepted payment methods
For international customer and items under $100, we use French Postal Service via Postexport or Service Prioritaire international. There is no tracking number. If a customer want a tracking number or an insurance, he could ask us before checkout.
For items over $100, I use Colissimo International with a tracking number.
The rate is based on the item's weight. Combined shipping rates are available.
MarylouVintage can't be responsable for non-delivery or dammage once items leave MarylouVintage shop. The risk from shipping belongs to buyers.
We ship two days after order, except on vacation time( indicated in shop annoncements).
As soon as the parcel has been shipped, we send an email confirmation to the buyer. To confirm the delivery, please leave a feedback.
In anyway, customer had to contact us case of issue, MarylouVintage will try to help and find a solution.
Refunds and Exchanges
• All of our Items are sold as described. Please be aware that all items will have some degree of wear, as they are previously used. Therefore, their condition will vary, and we try to best represent this through our photos and descriptions. Please read and view the pictures and descriptions carefully before purchase, and ask questions if you need more informations.
We do our best to inspect the items carefully, occasionally we may overlook small things. We cannot offer refunds for small and not listed imperfections or for described imperfections.
• Returns will only be accepted with a return merchandise authorization. For an authorization, we must receive an email within 24 hours of customer’s receipt of goods.
• Returns with an authorization will only be accepted within 7 days of customer’s receipt of goods.
• Items must be returned in condition they were sent. If they are returned damaged, it will be rejected, and you will need to send shipping money if you would like to get it back. Or we may deduct a cleaning fee from your refund.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping: cost and packaging.
• All Shipping Charges (shipping, handling, & insurance) are non-refundable
