Please provide your ORDER NEED BY DATE. Orders are filled according to this information and not the ship by date. If you need your order sooner than my current processing time we do have rush order available but please message me to get approval for a RUSH ORDER.

I try to check messages as quickly as possible, but please be patient and allow up to 48 hours for a reply.

**ORDER TIME FRAME**
Note: I run my shop completely by "myself". I do not have employees and I have a husband and three children that are home after 3 p.m. and need my help with homework, etc.

**RUSH ORDERS**
If you need your order sooner than the current turn around time, you NEED to purchase the RUSH MY ORDER. PLEASE CONTACT ME "BEFORE" PURCHASING!! I will cancel any orders that come through, requesting RUSH MY ORDER due dates without the purchase of RUSH and NOT contacting me prior to ordering. You will also need to provide the date you need the order.

**ORDER SPECIFICATIONS**
During Checkout, ALL details about your order must be in the NOTE TO SELLER box.
*SPECIFIC DATE NEEDED BY (must be added)
*NAME (correct spelling, color or colors)
*BIRTHDAY NUMBER (color or pattern you want the Number to be)
*COLOR if different then shown in picture

The comment section will be used as confirmation of any specifications about your order. If you order an item and do not give a Birthday Number, Color changes, Font Changes this will mean your ordering the Number, Colors and Font shown in the Picture. Emails can be lost or overlooked especially if multiple ones come in during a time when there are high volume of orders. If your wanting a specific color please specify that, the color you see in the photo may be a lighter or darker shade than it appears so please if your not sure of the color send me a message or put a specific color you would like in the Note to Seller box during checkout!! Any specific details must be put in the note to seller box if information is left out this will delay your order processing time! If you place and order please check your messages on a regular basis to ensure your order will go out as scheduled!

You "MUST" provide a specific "DATE NEEDED BY" and your order will be processed according to the date you have placed in the COMMENT BOX. If you do NOT provide a specific date needed by your order may or may not be shipped on the SCHEDULED SHIP DATE (unless something comes up that sets me behind) located on your invoice! So please check the Scheduled Ship Date and If you need your order SOONER please let me know as soon as possible! NOTE: It's always best to put the NEEDED BY DATE in the Note to Seller Box to ensure you will receive on time. If I can not complete the order and get it to you by your needed by date I will let you know as soon as possible and issue a complete refund!

All sales are FINAL, so please check spelling of the Name or Names you provide with the Size your ordering. I will not issue a refund on a order if you received the size you ordered because it's to small or to big! No refunds on Personalized items!

***SHIPPING CHARGES****
Shipping Charges are Nonrefundable!
All orders will be shipped out priority mail and it is not guaranteed. I can not control the postal service and sometimes packages do get delivered at a later date. If you are concerned about receiving your package on time, especially for RUSH ORDERS than you have the option to purchase Express Shipping.
