First let me say that the portrait is amazing and my husband loves it. However, I specifically went with this vendor because he was based in the states and he choose to outsource my portrait to I believe India. Communication with him was great and first and then they stopped responding to any of my emails.

Absolutely over the moon with this. Quality is excellent, response was prompt and I was sent a preview and invited to give feedback. Shipped from Texas via India to the UK and received within three weeks. Cannot fault the product nor the service.

I don't understand why the seller is not responding my messages even on my email, I already paid my ordered item but I don't know if it is possible to deliver the item to my bf. I am so upset about this. I am still waiting for the response from this seller since today the delivery date to the address given to them. Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do just to ensure that you have received all the messages.

Very good quality and exactly what we were looking for. Seller was responsive. The only issue I have is that the shop says it’s in Texas, but my item shipped from India. I specifically am looking on Etsy to support local and small businesses and it seems a bit disingenuous to say your shop is in the US, and then have your products ship from India. Despite that, we are very happy with the product and are enjoying it.
