We enjoy making soap and body butter as much as we love dyeing the ribbons we use in some of our packaging. Smells and color - is there anything better?
In case you are wondering - no we we rarely sleep between making soap and dyeing - threads that is! Our soaps are made in small batches using the finest of ingredients including skin loving oils and moisturizing butters. We favor the cold process method wherein the soap retains natural glycerin. Our soap is cut by hand so slight variations in size, shape, weight or color may occur, and these are not imperfections in our product. If you have allergies read all ingredients listed under materials before purchasing. Soaps are cured for 4 weeks.
We accept paypal, visa, mastercard. We do expect payment within 3 days. Should we need to cancel the transaction due to non payment we will leave appropriate feedback. Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is received.
Idaho State residents will be charged required state and local sales tax.
We recommend you add insurance to orders. We DO NOT replace merchandise that is lost or damaged in shipping if uninsured. Please email us or note in ordering that you wish to add insurance. We will ship the best way and use Flat Rate boxes when this is cheaper. Convo us if you want a faster delivery method as we do offer UPS shipping options.
Please be sure your paypal address matches the address you want your merchandise shipped to. We always check for a matching address.
Due to the varied rates for shipping internationally, each order's shipping costs must be figured separately and we will convo you with amount and can either send you a paypal invoice or set up a custom listing for the shipping on your order. International buyers are responsible for any and all duties, customs or taxes, brokerage and/or other fees imposed by your country. There are some countries which we will not ship to due to problems with mail being lost or undelivered. We will convo you if we are not willing to ship to your destination.
We can only track and insure priority mail to international destinations. Regular international airmail shipping is available as an option, but we will not replace lost or damaged packages.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of bath and body products we do not accept returns. If an items arrives damaged in shipping you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. We will work with you to replace the item or substitute another item.
