Payment
I accept Paypal, checks, and money orders.
Payment is to be made at the time of purchase. If your payment isn't received within 3 DAYS of placing your order, I reserve the right to cancel the order. If you choose to pay by check, the check must clear before any item is sent.
Shipping
I ONLY ship via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. I will generally ship your order out between 2 and 5 business days after payment is received. Orders generally arrive within 1-2 weeks. I will notify you if it takes longer than 1 week to ship.

**IMPORTANT** Please make sure that your Etsy and PayPal shipping addresses match. If they don't, please confirm the correct shipping address through convo or email. This is particularly important during the Holiday season and will help prevent unnecessary delays. I will ship to the Etsy address if I am unable to contact you about confirming your address.

ALL artwork and prints are shipped in protective cello sleeves with backing inside a rigid mailer
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns if the items are shipped back to me as carefully as they were sent and if they arrive in the same condition. If they look good I will refund the price of the item (NOT including shipping charges).

If your item is lost in the mail I will refund your order and shipping charges. I will consider something lost if a month passes without delivery.

I do not accept exchanges. If you need to change your mind, please return your item and purchase a new piece as a separate order.
