This came out great! He sent me different options for design before making it and was willing to customize it however. It arrived several days before expected, and in time for Christmas! (Which i didn’t expect because i ordered it super late) quick and easy to work with.

I ordered a sign for my parents for Christmas and I absolutely love how it turned out! It’s customized, and he even let me add the fish that weren’t on the initial design. He created a few samples for me to choose from but I was not limited to those. He was done by the end of the week and it arrived in great time!

First I want you to know I tried everything to resolve this production issue with this vendor. I am a designer and have purchased over $10,000 in product from etsy vendors with NO issues when product came to me defective. I purchased and approved a design concept with great detail that I wanted and a totally different look was shipped to me. So buyer beware that you he will be using completely different wood than what you selected from his own pictures and you are stuck with whatever he decides to use with no returns. I even opened an etsy case and showed all the pictures and a "guy" reviewer, that doesn't have any detail for design closed the case. This has completely changed my view of purchasing custom pieces on etsy and especially with this vendor. Also one side of the frame has already fallen off. Terribly made.
