Just a regular guy making cool proxies in my spare time!

Hey guys! Matt here.
I started this shop out of my lifelong love for TCG's. My booster pack cracking habit was formed early on eight years old when I pulled my first Charizard out of a base set pack from Toys R' Us. It has continued on to this very day where MTG and Pokemon still have a vice grip on my hobby list.

I got my inspiration to start making proxies when MTG introduced Secret Lairs. I loved the alternate arts, the crossovers and different universes explored but I was always hoping for more. Taking matters into my own hands, I scoured YouTube and different online forums for tips and tricks on how to start making proxies. Through numerous trial and error (and I mean numerous lol) and many late nights I worked on perfecting the craft. After tremendous feedback from my friends and community the MattsMagicProxies Etsy shop was born.

I have the best customers on the planet and have supported me with such kind words. I'm eternally grateful to everyone who has been a part of the journey so far and greatly look forward to continue to craft high quality and handcrafted proxies for those in the future.
