I just received my starter packet in the mail yesterday and made it today. I am looking forward to building the starter over the next few hours per the directions.

I’ve been working with your typical store by yeast for a while and found @Mauisourdough on Etsy. This yeast has brought a whole new level of energy and flavor to my sourdough. Well worth the money I double the price. Love it.
