Returns and exchange details
When purchasing with Paypal, you are covered by Paypal's terms and conditions, and would be eligible for a refund if there is significant mismatch between the item you have bought and its description and photos if you return the item within 2 weeks of purchase in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that refunds do not include original or return postage, both of which are the responsibility of buyer. Because of their one-of-a-kind nature, custom illustration orders cannot be returned unless the product has suffered material damage in transit.
TIMING: Packages will be shipped within two (2) business days of payment unless otherwise specifically noted in shop announcements. Please note that shop is not responsible for USPS delays due to inclement weather, etc. If you need something delivered especially quickly, please contact me before purchasing to confirm that a shipping upgrade is available and to adjust shipping costs. Upgrading to Prioirty is only available within the US.
Shipping to destinations WITHIN the United States:
Please note that packages shipped to locations within the U.S. via First Class shipping automatically include a tracking number.
Shipping to destinations OUTSIDE the United States:
As per USPS policies, orders sent to countries other than the U.S. will not have a tracking number.
INSURANCE: Please contact me if you would like to add insurance for an additional fee for destinations both within and outside the US.
