Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
If an order does not arrive within a few days of the expected delivery date please let me as soon as possible. This way I can start working with the post office or other mail carriers about locating and delivering your package as quickly as possible. If the order is not received with in 21 days again let me know and I will let you decide if you would like me to remake your order or if you would like a refund. (( This is only if a package has not been received and or mark as "delivered" by the tracking number provided. ))
Circumstances that may not be covered are damages due to accidents, extreme rough use, and normal wear and tear past 60 days.
If at any time you have questions about the product in any situation please let me know. I will always try to offer a couple ways we can come to a resolution!
Payment
Custom orders require to be paid in advance. I would love to do partial payments but at the moment I do not see a clear cut way to do so.
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are excepted as well as paypal.
Shipping
If it is a custom order I will let you know of the time frame your order will be available to be shipped before so you have all the information before the purchase.
If there is a tracking number for your order I will make sure you are emailed a confirmation of the order being shipped along with the tracking number. ( There is normally always a tracking number)
Shipping price is standard for all items. If additional items up to three pieces there will be no extra charge. The charge will be based off of the heaviest weight item.
Postage is generated automatically from buyer's Etsy account. Shipping labels are only as up to date as buyer's account. Please make sure the buyer account is up to date or an additional address is supplied at the time of purchase.
At this time I am testing international shipping, trying with Europe first!

Our house is home to two cats. At this time my shop room does not have a door that closes it off from the rest of the home. All materials and fabrics are kept in cabinets and the items are cleaned and pressed before shipping. Pet extras are not part of the packaging :) If there are concerns or questions about the products I will be happy to answer.
With all this said I understand people have different levels of allergies and I would like to respect and help to protect those who are effected, your safety is very important.
Respectfully, lease make a decision carefully for those with sensitive allergies, when the customer makes a purchase they are then held responsible for possible reactions.
