5 out of 5 starsIt’s a great product but make sure you read the size description… I was expecting much more wrapping paper for the amount I paid. Definitely my fault but the price seems high for such small amount of wrapping paper.

I do include detailed size descriptions and also provide info cards with visuals to help give a clearer idea before purchasing, but I’ll definitely keep your note in mind as I continue improving the listing. How do I download my digital files?
After Etsy processes your payment, you will receive an email with a download link for the files. Alternatively, you can access the print files directly by visiting your Etsy profile and going to the "Purchases and Reviews" section. Here is the direct link to it: www.etsy.com/your/purchases
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates shown in Etsy are ONLY an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Please plan accordingly.
Once an item's tracking number appears as delivered, an order is considered fulfilled. If an item shows delivered and you didn't receive it, we suggest waiting a few days after it shows delivered or reaching out to neighbors.
We cannot be held responsible for addresses that are given to use incorrectly and we don't refund for items that are returned to sender. We do, however, offer to reship the item at the customer's expense for shipping costs.
If an item is lost in transit, we do replace the items for our customers. An item is NOT considered lost in transit until at least 10 business days has passed with no movement
Returns | Exchanges
All of our products are custom made to order in coordination with our trusted printing partner. Once an order is placed, we usually cannot cancel orders due to the production workflow to ensure timely processing. Because all items are made to order, we do not keep any inventory so therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If there is a problem with the product you received, please contact us within 14 days of your order, letting us know of the issue and also include a photo of the entire product, showing us the issue.
My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it or get a refund?
Sometimes there are delays in transit times (especially during the holiday season). We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date - the dates shown in Etsy are only an estimate. Due to the nature of production, we cannot refund or cancel orders if they did not reach you in time. We will do our very best to process your order as quickly as possible, but please know we are not able to control shipping. No returns or refunds are provided for shipping delays.
