To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact me directly.

I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use. Service providers. I engage USPS to deliver my orders, and will share your personal information with them to the extent necessary to perform these services.

I do not store or access my customer's personal information outside of Etsy, and every device that I use to access my Etsy account is password-protected.

I will never contact you outside of Etsy for any marketing or other purposes, except as needed to complete an order. (For example, I offer local pickup within the Washington, DC metro area. If you provide me with your telephone number to facilitate local pickup, I may call or text you for logistics related to that pickup, but will not contact you for any other reason.)

I will never sell or distribute your name, contact information, or any other personal information to third parties except as necessary for shipping purposes. I may share screenshots of reviews you have left on Etsy or another platform on my business Facebook or Instagram pages, but will not include your name or any other information outside of what is written in the review.
