Product was as described. Shipping took two to three weeks; however I did order a lot of cutters and they are made to order. This is my first time using this type of cutter and should have chilled my dough before cutting. It would have made cleaner lines. I gave 4 stars bc the packaging wasn’t great. The cutters arrived in a reused box from Amazon and the cutters were simply thrown into a plastic grocery bag. No other packing material was used, no business card, no tissue paper or ribbon to wrap individual cutters, etc. Which was a huge disappointment. This did not affect the product however. But was shocking when I opened the box. Cookies turned out great and baked evenly.

This cutter has a "step" or "lip" on the cutter, but have no fear: it's on the correct side (outside). I've gotten a cutter with it on the inside and it left a really odd and irritating border around the cookie that none of the other cookies in that order had. So total plus there! Great cutting depth and stability for a large cutter like this. Any size would be great to use (no "tiny" cutouts). Shipping was delayed, but so many things are right now. What worked for my timeframe was ordering about a month in advance so there was no nail-biting and praying it would make it on time. Been there, done that. My design is obviously not the same type of floral design, but you give the customer what they want! I absolutely love this cutter and will be ordering future floral letter cutters from this shop if I'm ever in need of any!

So great! I was worried my cutter wouldn’t be here in time Megan went out of her way to make sure she did what she could on her end to help me! Cookie cutter is great quality!
