If payment is not received after purchase has been placed and no contact has been made within 24 hours, the sale will be cancelled and the items will be re-listed.
► INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES
♥ International delivery time ranges from 2-3 weeks for North America and 1-3 weeks for European countries.
♥ Shipping times will vary depending on the carrier and customs delays. It is not in my control when the package shipped out. Some packages may take longer to get to certain destinations.
♥ Shipping is sent via registered mail and includes a tracking number. Signature is required, otherwise a notice will be at your door for collection or redelivery. Tracking number is available upon request. The quickest way to reach me is through Etsy Conversation here. I seldom check my email.
♥ If you wish to have the items shipped to a different address, please let me know during checkout or send me a convo immediately after purchase.
♥ Buyer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, import taxes and other fees associated with receiving a package in your country. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
► GIFT WRAPPING / PACKAGING
♥ Due to postal increases and in an effort to conserve packaging supplies and materials, I will only provide a gift card where your jewelry will be placed and wrapped with a handmade gift bag as to keep the shipping cost minimal.
♥ If you need a gift box or wrapping service, please notify me for upgrade.
►EXPRESS MAIL SHIPPING (EMS)
♥ If you need an expedited shipping with estimated 3-5 business days for an additional $17 or less depending on your destination. Please convo me for pricing before placing your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will provide a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 5 days of receipt. Please convo me (NOT email please!) to notify of your return before you send it back. Items must be insured and in its original condition. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. All custom order and personalized pieces are final sale.

Additional Policies and FAQs
Here are some tips and care of jewelry:
► Don't wear your jewelery while you're asleep or while you're having a long shower or soak in the bath!
► Avoid wearing perfume at the same time as your jewelery. Perfume contains strong chemicals which can cause a reaction meaning the plating will tarnish and eventually break.
►Brass items need to be looked after as brass tarnishes over time (although this does add to the vintage look!). To get your pieces shiny again just give them a wipe with some Brasso or see more tip on the bottom.
►Please treat your pieces gently!
MORE JEWELRY CARE TIPS
►ALL JEWELRY should be taken off before showering/swimming/exercising, and kept clean & dry in a closed storage when not in use. Jewelry should be properly cleaned once in a while in order for it to last longer.
►GOLD FILLED/ STERLING SILVER
For Gold-fill use dishwash liquid & water or jewelry cleaner. Be careful not to tangle chain, gold-FILLED components can last years of regular wear.
►GOLD PLATE/ SILVER PLATE
To prolong PLATED components wash gently with dishwash liquid and water, take off before shower/swimming/exercising, and keep dry in a closed container. Do not scrub Gold PLATED components. Lasts longer if cared for.
