My style? Either minimalistic, kitschy, classy or whimsical - I love it all, make it all, wear it all. Just can't decide what's best - but then, we don't have to, right?

PayPal is happily accepted. This is fast and without any fees for the buyer. This system also accepts major credit cards without the requirement of having an own PayPal account.
All payments are due within 7 days of purchase. Please get it touch with Maymana if you need a longer time frame for your payment.
All items are shipped from France with standard Air Mail. I will notify you by e-mail once I have shipped your item. An upgrade to registered Air Mail is of course possible - please contact me for details.
I will state the actual price on invoices, which will be included in packages for non-EU countries. Upon request, I will split larger orders in reasonable sized packages. Please convo me if you would like to go for this option and I will check if other shipping costs will be applicable.
For ecological reasons, I will not include printed invoices for purchases within EU. For any other country I will make sure all the relevant documents for a fast and smooth custom clearance are included.
Kindly understand that I can not take any responsibility for delays due to customs or postal services. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs duties or other additional fees that are levied by the destination country.
I will pack your jewelry ready for gift giving (for others or just for yourself) either in a colorful organza pouch or a little box. I pack the items to minimize the risk of damage.
Refunds and Exchanges
Should you for any reason not be sattisfied with your purchase, kindly get in touch with me to find the best solution.
Of course you may always send the item back to me. Kindly be reminded that any postage/custom or other fee for a return is your responsibility. I will refund the full price for the item, except for the shipping fee. I will make the refund once the item arrives safely back at my address without any damage - so it is important to make sure it is safely packed.
For items shipped with the standard shipping rate and without upgrade to registered Air Mail, I will not be responsible for any losses.
Should your item despite the carefull wrapping arrive damaged, convo me within 2 business days to agree on the next steps. You will be of course fully compensated either by replacement or refund. This decision is up to Maymana and related to availability of the item.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Maymana uses a lot of natural and handmade supplies. Therefore, items may vary SLIGHTLY from the item pictured, but should barely visible.
