MaysTrinkets' Shop Policies

Payment

Payments are accepted through paypal. Prices are as shown, I don't put any hidden taxes or costs on my items!

You may cancel if necessary in one of 2 ways :
1. The item is purchased as is and can be cancelled within 24 hours of initial purchase.
2. The item is a made-to-order item and can be cancelled within 4 days of purchasing the item.

Shipping

All items will be shipped first-class mail. If you would like a different method of shipping (a faster option), just send me an e-mail before purchasing and I will adjust the shipping costs for you.

All as is items will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase.

All made-to-order items will require at least 7 days to have item made to your liking and will be shipped after that 7 days. (Possibly sooner depending on the item)

All items are shipped in proper shipping boxes or envelopes. A shipping insurance will be placed on all breakable items being shipped up to a given amount. If by some chance you receive the item and it has broken in the mail, please send me a picture showing the damaged item. ONLY IF ITEM IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless I am sent a picture of the damaged item.

Refunds and Exchanges

REFUNDS WILL BE CIRCUMSTANTIAL. All items sold are eligible for a refund or exchange.

If an as is item is CANCELLED within 24 hours of purchase, buyer will receive a full refund with no extra restocking charges.

If a made-to-order item is CANCELLED within 4 days of purchase, buyer will receive a full refund with no extra restocking charges.

If item is DAMAGED in the mail, buyer MUST send a picture of damaged item to me upon receiving item. All items will be sent in necessary protective shipping materials, but if by some chance it does get damaged in the mail, there will also be put an insurance on all breakable items over 5.00$. I will then do whatever in my power to make sure you leave with a positive experience. Depending on the item, or cost of item, I will then make the decision of whether to offer a refund, exchange, or not. IF BUYER DOES NOT CONTACT ME WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING BROKEN ITEM, there will be no refunds or exchanges given.

If item is LOST in the mail, buyer must contact me within 3 weeks after shipping. All items 5.00$ or over will be placed with an insurance. Upon contacting me, we will discuss the proper action to take. Buyer can either receive a refund or exchange for lost item depending on the item purchased. IF BUYER DOES NOT CONTACT ME WITHIN 3 WEEKS OF PURCHASE, there will be no refunds or exchanges given.
