The color in the stones of these earrings is very eye-catching--the hues really set each other off! The scrolling in the gold chandelier is gorgeous. It adds to the beauty of the earring, giving it a clean, linear feel with a pop of color of the stones. Love!

Hello and welcome to my shop. Below are detailed my policies in conjunction with those of Etsy. Please familiarize yourself with Etsy's policies and don't hesitate to ask if you need clarification on anything. I want your visit to my shop and buying experience to be a positive one. If you would like me to build a custom piece for you I am happy to provide this service.

BUYING AS A GIFT?: I am happy to include gift messages as a complimentary service if you are buying an item as a gift. I will make sure no receipts show the price to the recipient. Just let me know ahead of time.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
PAYMENT: Payment is expected within 3 days of check-out. For the time being I only accept Paypal with a confirmed address only.

NON-PAYMENT: If payment is not submitted within 4 days the transaction will be canceled and items relisted.
Shipping
SHIPPING: I will ship items out to you via First Class USPS mail after your confirmed PayPal payment. If you need expedited shipping I will price that for you and will send you a custom invoice for that shipping price. EXPEDITED SHIPPING INVOICE MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE OF ITEM BEING MAILED. I will ship within 2 business days (usually the same or next business day) but if there is a delay I will let you know. Also, if you'd like to insure your item please contact me and we can discuss the options. It is usually $1.70 for a purchase under $50 for USPS within the USA.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY: Orders to Canada and Worldwide are welcome but remember they may take from 1-3 weeks due to customs regulations for your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: I want you to be delighted with your purchase. But if you are unhappy with your item please contact me and I will resolve it with you. Goods to be returned in same condition as received. Sorry but shipping is not refundable.
Additional policies and FAQs
REPAIR POLICY: Accidental bangs, bumps and snags can always happen that can cause damage to your jewelry. I take full responsibility for the workmanship of my pieces. If a piece is damaged due to my metal failure during wear (if my hand wiring breaks) I will repair the item for you free of charge. Likewise if the repair involves breakage of silk or bead stringing. The buyer pays to ship the COMPLETE item to me however and I will ship the item back at my own expense. But if the damage is due to a clasp breaking, a bead being bent or a stone being chipped, I happily offer to repair your item but the buyer is responsible for the replacement clasp or stone, as well as my return shipping expense. Please understand that replacement items may not be identical to the broken part because many of my components are artisan made and gemstones can vary from one another slightly in size, cut and color. But I will do everything possible to match the parts as closely as possible and will let the buyer know ahead of time if the match isn't exact. Typically jewelry stores are not equipped to repair beaded jewelry (and when they try their cost is outrageous) so I offer to fill that need at a reasonable price. Also, I can give a price quote for a repair job before the item is shipped to me, if the requested repair information is clear and accurate. I want you to feel good that your hand-crafted piece is protected once it leaves my hands.
