Hi, I'm Loni, and welcome to my shop! I believe that everyone deserves a great cupcake, a soft delicious loaf of bread and food that makes them smile.

As a diagnosed Celiac, and a dietitian, I know it's not easy being Gluten Free. It's hard to find breads and cakes that compare to the ones you remember eating before you gave up wheat. That is why I give my complete love and attention to every item I make. I have made it my mission to provide my family, and now yours with delicious gluten free baked goods and foods.

I take enormous pride in my Gluten Free breads, cakes, cupcakes and confections. From the time spent sourcing the freshest ingredients to the time spent making each cake a delight for the eye, each step is made with you in mind. My cakes and breads are as delicious as their wheat filled brothers and sisters. I might even suggest that they are some of the best that can be had anywhere without the use of preservatives and complicated additives. Naturally full of moist, tender, flavorful goodness (forgive me if I brag a little bit, that’s the ‘enormous pride’ part you know) I work hard to make sure each item is a delight to the senses.

You shouldn't have to compromise on taste and texture, you shouldn't have to spend huge amounts of money for an inferior product and you shouldn't have to worry about where your 'gluten free' goods are being made. Each of my baked goods are made from scratch, by hand in small artisan batches per order in a gluten free kitchen. No mixes, no preservatives, no artificial flavors or texture enhancers, no designer starches. Each recipe was developed by me, in my kitchen using ingredients you can find in your local health food store.

It is my hope to one day make these goods available to a wider market without compromising quality, but for now, consider me your personal baker and chef.
