Returns and exchanges
I try to describe each item as honestly and carefully as I can. Please keep in mind that vintage items are used and old. If an item is not what you expected, please let me know within 7 days of the purchase. I will be happy to work with you on a replacement or a refund. Refunds will be accepted with prior approval in undamaged condition and must be sent back to me with a tracking number. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

I accept PayPal and credit card payment as offered through Etsy. Payment is due at time of purchase.
Most of what I ship is pretty to extremely fragile and getting it there quickly means there is less time to be tossed around by the shipper.

I like to ship USPS Priority Mail. If the item is particularly heavy, USPS Parcel Select may be a more economical option and I will state this as the method I'm quoting in the item's description. Otherwise my shipping costs are based on Priority Mail. If you would like to request another USPS method, you must let me know before you purchase the item so the shipping cost can correctly be reflected. Items are shipped in 1-2 business days of receiving payment. I try to get purchases out in the mail within 24 hours or less.

All items are carefully and meticulously packaged to avoid breakage. I like to re-use clean cartons and packing materials when possible ~ I love our planet and show it respect whenever I possibly can!

Damaged in Transit:
I will pack each item as securely as possible so that your purchase arrives to you safely. Insurance is now included in all USPS Priority mailings. MeDoRedo is not responsible for damage due to mishandling during shipment. If you do receive an item that has been damaged during shipment, please save everything as you found it and contact me if you need help filing a damage claim with USPS.

International Shipping:
Please contact me and let me know which item you would like to purchase along with the shipping address and I will promptly give you a quote.

Gift Purchases:
If you are purchasing an item and having it shipped to someone as a gift, please let me know in the "note to seller" box, and I will include a gift receipt only.

I want my photos to correctly depict each vintage item. If there is any damage ~ chips, cracks, pieces missing, etc. ~ I will describe those as clearly as I can in the item's description as well as showing any flaws to you in the photos. Please keep in mind that 'vintage' most often means old and used. I will do my best to describe just how well "loved" an item has been!
