1 de 5 estrellasPedí un artículo que era de vidrio y lo enviaron sin empacar cacahuetes ni ninguna indicación de que el artículo era frágil en la caja. Tenía una capa de plástico de burbujas delgado y eso es todo. Una vez que lo recibí, se hizo añicos, por supuesto, y lo jugaron como si no fuera su problema y dejaron de responderme. Servicio al cliente extremadamente pobre y se negó a asumir la responsabilidad.

Ms. Biddle, we have responded to your replies several times in a very quick and timely manner and have apologized the product was not delivered in one piece. However, we have said numerously that the product WAS secured, labeled, and properly wrapped to ensure a safe delivery. Once the product is shipped, we have no proof that the product has been mistreated by the deliverer and/or the buyer and are not able to take responsibility for that delivery. Because the item you have purchased is a unique and vintage item, we are unable to return the product, as stated on our site. We would appreciate if you stop the harassments. Thank you kindly.
