SHIPPING SPEED:
When ordering online, please keep this pandemic/crisis in mind. I will always strive to process and ship items out as fast as possible, sometimes even same day, but once USPS has the package, I have no control over their ability to meet delivery schedules.

A SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION CAN ENSURE DELIVERY TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS:
If you have any concerns regarding the delivery of your package, please contact me before (or at the time of) purchase to request a Signature Confirmation. It costs a few extra dollars.

TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DONT HAVE MY PACKAGE:
If your purchase is showing as "Delivered", but you have not received it, feel free to reach out and I am happy to file a Missing Mail Claim. BUT... USPS has GPS that allows them to see where a package was dropped off. If USPS informs me that the package was delivered to the correct address, I cannot offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges. If you have any concerns regarding the delivery of your package, please contact me before (or at the time of) purchase to request a Signature Confirmation. It costs a few extra dollars.

COMBINED SHIPPING:
If you plan on purchasing multiple items… 2 or more large items (home décor) or 4 or more small items (ornaments, jewelry, etc)... feel free to reach out to me for an estimated Combined Shipping Quote. The shipping quote you see in your cart is based on Etsy’s calculations and does not always reflect the correct size and weight of the package.

ALTERNATE SHIPPING QUOTES FOR LARGE BOXES:
We offer several large size items. Due to the size of the box needed to ship these items, USPS rates may be extremely high depending on your location (especially the US west coast). In many cases, FedEx rates will be substantially lower. Because Etsy does not provide calculated shipping for any other service besides USPS, you are only seeing the USPS rates. Please feel free to message me, and I'm happy to look up the Fed Ex rates and try to find the lowest possible price available to you!
