At we strive hard to make customers happy. We are a small business that produce our very own original designs. We are individuals that are almost the same as everyone, having full time jobs and doing this business for fun for a small income.

Every order is made right after the order is received. We ship all orders as soon as we can. We are also open to any ideas that the buyer might have for a design.

Returns and exchanges
If the delivered order is wrong we will gladly send another item free of charge, or give a refund depending on the buyer.

We are a small business and all items are made to order. We do not make items in advance. For that reason, all orders are final. We cannot afford to produce extra items due to the buyers error. Please be considerate when ordering.
All orders are shipped to the address on the buyers account at the time of the purchase.

We only ship on business days. All orders are shipped 48-72 hours after the order is placed. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will ship the next 48-72 hours business day.

We use USPS for shipping. Once the order has been dropped in the post office we have NO control on what the post office does to the package. Please contact your post office for any problems related to the delivery of your package.

Local orders will be shipped initially with a tracking number. Overseas orders will not have a tracking number. Please refer to your tracking for the delivery updates for your order.

If we made an error on the address of your package, we will re ship your order free of charge. If the package was returned to us due to the buyers error, we will reship the package on the buyers expense.

All items that are damaged while in transit is not our fault. Please contact your local USPS for information about this.

For one day shipping and priority mail shipping, if your package is delivered on time but USPS does require a signature and nobody is present to sign your package, it is YOUR responsibility to pick the package from the post office. If the package is not picked up and returned to us, we will re ship the package at the buyers expense. We will not refund one day, or priority mail postage if USPS attempts to deliver the package but is unsuccessful due to the buyers fault. If it is the post office's fault that the package is late, try to get a refund for the shipping from USPS not from us. Again, once we drop the order to USPS it is beyond our control.
