Coosa Designs delights in satisfied customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact Coosa Designs and communicate any concerns so they may be promptly addressed.

Non-custom orders can be refunded or exchanged within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be shipped back to Coosa Designs in the original condition in order to claim a refund or exchange. *Please note that shipping charges do apply to all returns and exchanges.

Payment can be made with your PayPal account, or any major credit card.

A confirmation email from Paypal once your payment has gone through.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please double check your Paypal account or spam. If something goes wrong with Paypal then we might not have received the order.
Shipping
Orders are shipped as soon as they are finished and we normally ship orders via FedEx Ground service. Currently, we do not offer a faster shipping method than ground service. We do offer a "RUSH" production option which is 1-3 business days instead of our standard 5-10 business day turnaround time. If your event date is less than two weeks away please let us know this up front. In most instances, we are able to meet even a short turnaround time without our customers paying for rush production or expedited shipping.

All orders shipped outside the US may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you. These are fees that we can't quote you for and that we will not be held responsible for. Please purchase accordingly and cautiously - be aware that you might have to pay duty or tax fees upon accepting your order. We are charging actual shipping fees ONLY! Again we will not be responsible and will not pay your duty or tax fees. Very sorry.

We package all orders very carefully however sometimes damage can occur in transport, we have no control over this. If an item arrives damaged to you, feel free to contact us so we can come up with a solution. In almost all cases you, the customer, will need to submit an insurance claim to be reimbursed (if insurance is purchased). If we agree to remake the item, the customer is also responsible for additional fees to do so including the shipping.

We have no control over Mother Nature. Sometimes weather will delay packages.

All orders are shipped 1st Class Mail, Priority Mail via USPS or FedEx Ground.

Frequently asked questions
How do I know what size to choose?

We have found over the many years of creating wedding guest books that most of your guests will come as couples. Because of this TYPICALLY only one of them will sign for the couple. So for example, a 200 guest wedding may only need space in their guestbook for about 120 signatures.

What kind of pen do we use to sign the hearts or shapes that go into the drop heart guestbook?

We recommend a fine tip sharper marker in the color of your choice. Also test signing one of the hearts before you event. Another idea we like is to use a ink stamp pad to allow guest to put their finger print on the heat along with their signature

How long will it take before my order ships?

We make each guestbook individually and in the order received unless a RUSH service is purchased. Please let us know your wedding date so we can monitor to make sure your order arrives in time. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for delays with UPS/USPS so please try to order well in advance. We update our processing time daily on our shop information page and in the order confirmation receipt.

Do you ship to Hawaii & Alaska?

We do, but this must be coordinated and a shipping estimate provide prior to placing your order. Unfortunately shipping to these two locations is quite expensive and we use large boxes typically.

Can I see a proof of what it will look like before I place an order?

We typically only provide proofs if there is a question or concern about the layout. You can request a proof if you have questions about the order. Proofs are only provided after an order is placed.

How do I format the date in my personalization?

We use the format of Month, Date, Year i.e. May 20, 2018. The use of the "th" after the date followed by the year is incorrect and will be corrected on your order. If you do want it in that format please make sure we understand what format you want.

The use of “th” in a date: When writing a date, the use of “th” should only be used when your date is NOT followed by the year. When your date is followed by the year, do NOT use the “th”. For Example:

Correct:
November 7, 2009
November 7th

Incorrect:
November 7
November 7th, 2009

I have seen some frames with holes in the top of the frame...do you offer this?

We do not place the hole in the top of the frame for a couple of reasons. First the hole in the top would be visible after the event and not easy to cover up...not to mention is weakens the frame. We use real wood frames...not metal like many of the sellers. We have found in testing at real weddings that the visible opening in the back is seen better by guests where as on the top it is hidden.

How do we hang the guest book on the wall?

We recommend a wire picture frame hanger. These can be found at a hardware, craft store, or local frame shop. Cost is around $1-$3. For frames make sure to screw the hanger into the wood portion of the frame. For the shapes such as Mason Jars, Wine Bottles and such anywhere on the back is fine.

Monogram etiquette: What order do I place the initials?

For a couple: lady's first name initial, family last name initial, gentleman's first initial (i.e.: Louise and Bill Smith would be LSB)

For the individual's monogram: it is the first name initial, last name, middle initial (i.e: Lisa Ellen Smith would be LSE)
