What is your refund policy
The customer is responsible for inspecting their shipment and informing the studio within 14 days of any damage or shortages. Please be assured that I will take all appropriate steps to resolve any issues. I cannot accept responsibility for any damage, shortage or loss due to shipping.
What are your detailed shipping policies?
Current items in stock will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt Monday through Friday 9:00am-4:00pm EST. If you are ordering within the continental US, you should receive your in-stock order within 3-7 business days (depending on your location). Custom orders are generally received within 4-6 weeks.
All continental U.S. orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS Ground.
Expedited shipping is also available upon request. For International, APO or FPO, or states outside the continental U.S., please contact us at 727.204.3534 between 9:00am-4:00pm to confirm any additional shipping charges. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
