Please remember that all of our designs can be modified to coordinate with your wedding or special event. We can also specialize in creating custom designs from if you have an idea in mind, please contact us for a quote!

All samples can be purchased here in our etsy shop. Just add whatever samples you would like to your cart and then follow the directions though the check out process. Due to our busy schedule, samples are sent out once a week, so please keep in mind that it may take up to a week before your sample(s) is/are put in the mail.

At Medley Invitation Designs we specialize in creative, personal artistic design. Everything from custom invitations and stationary to one of a kind art work we can create anything your heart desires. You can purchase any of our items through our shop, but we also enjoy the challenge of working with our clients to create custom pieces that you cannot find anywhere else. Each project is very special in its own way getting the attention to detail to make it one of a kind. Please feel free to browse our new designs and our shop to see some of our latest designs and see how we are obsessed with quality and excellence!


Paypal, Check, or Money Order

50% Deposit is required upfront to reserve your completion date in our calendar. The remaining balance will be due upon acceptance of final proof.


Due to our busy schedule, samples are sent out once a week, so please keep in mind that it may take up to a week before your sample(s) is/are put in the mail.

For Wedding Invitation Orders:

What shipping method do you use?
All U.S. orders are shipped USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail (Monday-Friday) unless otherwise agreed upon. If you prefer another shipping method please let us know.

How much does shipping cost?
Most shipping charges come as a flat rate of $50.00 per order. That covers shipping cost as well as shipping supplies. However, sometimes the size of your order may increase your shipping cost.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Yes we do! We are currently shipping orders worldwide. There is an extra shipping fee for these services…please inquire for more information.

Can I purchase shipping insurance?
While shipping insurance is not included in the shipping cost, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance! It is your responsibility to let us know if you would like to add this to your order. Insurance generally costs between $10-$30 based on the total cost of your order. Once the order has been shipped we are not responsible for any stolen, lost and/or damaged orders due to the carrier.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the fact that all orders are customized and personalized, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not allowed. It is your responsibility to ensure that everything in your order is correct before final proofs are approved and your final balance is paid.

If an order must be cancelled before the proof is approved then your deposit will be forfeited.
