Frequently asked questions
What will I receive?
Each listing includes the exact digital files described in its WHAT’S INCLUDED and FILE DETAILS sections. Most products include two print-ready PDF files: one sized for US Letter paper and one sized for A4 paper. The two paper sizes contain the same design, so they are alternate formats rather than additional unique pages. Page counts vary by product. Files are not editable or fillable unless a listing specifically says otherwise.
Is this a physical product?
No. Every product in this shop is a digital download, and no physical item will be mailed. Frames, tablets, printers, paper and other props shown in listing photos are not included.
How do I download my files?
After Etsy confirms your payment, sign in at Etsy.com using a computer or mobile browser. Go to Your account, open Purchases, find the order and choose Download Files. Etsy does not currently support digital-file downloads through its app. If you checked out as a guest, use the download link in your Etsy receipt email.
Can I print this at home?
Yes. Open the PDF that matches your paper size and print at Actual Size or 100%. You can print at home or use a local or online print shop. Select color and a high-quality setting if desired. Paper, printer, ink and screen settings can cause small color differences.
Can I use this for commercial purposes?
No commercial license is included. Your purchase is for personal and household use only. You may print copies for your own use, but you may not resell, redistribute, share or upload the digital files; sell printed copies; or incorporate the designs into another product. If you are unsure whether an intended use is allowed, please message me before purchasing.
Custom and personalized orders
Digital downloads cannot be physically returned or exchanged, and refunds are not offered for a change of mind after the files are delivered. Please review the listing images, description, paper sizes and page count before purchasing. If a file is incorrect, corrupted or materially different from its listing, message me through Etsy so I can help resolve the problem. Etsy policies, Purchase Protection and applicable law still apply.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Please message me through Etsy and include the product name, a short description of the problem and, when useful, a screenshot of the error. I can help with missing download links, opening the PDF, selecting the correct paper-size file or checking whether you received the right files. For an Etsy account, payment or checkout issue, Etsy Support may also need to assist.
