Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I take great care in creating beautiful and well-made pieces. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, I will accept returns (although I hope you love everything you purchase from me). Please contact me within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition and unworn. Please note custom orders are not returnable. In most cases you will post returns back to me in the same way they were received (USPS 1st class w/ delivery confirmation or 1st Class Mail International). As soon as I receive the item, I will refund your money in the same manner it was received less the shipping.
Payment
I accept PayPal and payment through direct checkout using credit cards or Etsy gift certificates. Please pay for your purchase within 3 days or your order will be cancelled (unless you have made prior arrangements with me).

PAYPAL:
To expedite your order, please be sure that the address you provided for Etsy is the SAME address for your PayPal account. If they don't match, I will use your PayPal account address, so please let me know if you require a different shipping address.

SALES TAX:
California purchases will be charged 7.25% sales tax. When you pay through PayPal or Direct Checkout it will be added automatically to the total.

SPECIAL OFFERS & PROMOTIONS:
Sale prices or shipping promotions will be reflected during that event. Special coupon codes may be used during checkout.
Shipping
TIMEFRAME:
Items are shipped within 48 hours of payment (exception: weekends and Postal holidays). I usually get orders out next day (sometimes same-day if your order comes in early enough).

DOMESTIC/INTERNATIONAL:
I ship domestically and internationally. Each listing has its own shipping rate for US/Canada/International destinations. All domestic orders ship via USPS 1st class with delivery confirmation. International orders ship USPS First Class International. (Please be aware that insurance will NOT be provided for international shipments unless requested - convo me if this will be required.)

**Please be aware of the following for international shipments:
USPS 1st class international can sometimes result in long wait times (up to 6-8 weeks in some cases) as each package makes its way through customs.

Please note that I CANNOT mark customs forms as a GIFT. Your order will be marked MERCHANDISE with the appropriate value filled in (merchandise cost not including shipping). In some cases, it is possible to ship items separately in order to lower the value on each individual package lower - please contact me regarding extra shipping charges. This policy is in compliance with US law and I will not make any exceptions. Customers are responsible for all taxes and fees charged in their home country.

INSURANCE:
Insurance will be added at no charge on all orders over $100. If you would like to add insurance to any package under this, just convo me or let me know in the note to seller and wait for a revised invoice.

*If I have a package that the PO might try to run through their machines, I will enclose a piece of candy to bring the thickness up. This way (hopefully) your package won't be crushed to oblivion. So, if you find a sucker or a peppermint, that's why it's in there. =)

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
I will do everything I can to help locate a missing package. It is very rare for a package to go completely missing. To date I had only one come up to what I thought was completely missing only to hear that it arrived 2 months later. I do advise insurance for most items because neither of us should suffer a loss because of faulty shipping. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact and I’ll be happy to work with you to create a solution.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
I am more than happy to create custom orders. Do you have a special occasion coming up that you need pieces for? See a design you love but would prefer in another color? Send me a message and I'll see what we can do. Once a new design or alteration is decided upon, I do require you to send payment for 50% of the completed cost.

GIFTS:
Please let me know if your purchase is a gift. I am happy to gift-wrap and include cards at no extra charge. I will send you a copy of the receipt via email.

FAQs:

Q: Can any item be shortened or lengthened?
A: Almost always YES! Send me a convo and I’ll see what I can do for you.

Q: Could you take a different picture of the piece? I’d like to see it in daylight, or how it hangs.
A: Surely! Just let me know how you would like to see the piece and give me a day or so depending on the complexity of the re-shoot. I can email new pictures directly to you.

Q: I love the design but it’s in silver and I prefer gold, can you change it?
A: Sometimes. This is a case-by-case basis, but I will absolutely do everything that I can to accommodate a custom request.
