I recently received a Bamboo Tablet from my father for Christmas and my husband purchased me ArtRage 4 in unison with my tablet. (gotta love men when they know how to get to your heart!)
I normally do hands on, paint everywhere, wet canvas and non edited art but currently am not able to do so. So since me getting my tablet iv been able to do at least some art in a new form i have never done before
and learn the new tricks with computer art. Although i do miss getting paint all over my hands arms and clothes, i am loving this new style of art that i have been blessed with! The power of 'Ctrl Z' is amazing! haha! <3

Iv been able to recreate some of my past canvas art with this new digital system and i do like some of the outcomes, but as most artists know, its just not the same.

I am 100% self taught. the only classes i have ever taken was back in high-school and that was for Ceramics. I do tend to go to YouTube and check out new techniques and add my own flares to it or use them in a way
that stays towards my style of art. Yes most of my art is abstract, which SOME people may deem 'the easy art'. But my goal in art is to have that good feeling inside my soul when i look at a finished piece. that good feeling
of ''That canvas (art) is a piece of me that i love to look at." Although as most people would, I also appreciate others positive comments and productive criticism!

And i would have to say my FAVORITE technique would be the classic: Flat wet canvas, Bombay Ink and Plastic wrap. i loveeeeeeeeee the out come and look once it dries and i can add anything to it or nothing to it at all!
