Welcome to Megumi's Workshop! We love science, fantasy, sci-fi, retro, and steampunk stuff! We're mostly into jewelry, but we have some other vices that we use to create. We love creating new things, so we are always happy to try something new! Just ask! ^_^

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
  • Buy with Apple Pay
  • Pay with Sofort
  • Pay with iDeal
  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
I accept Paypal, Direct Check out, and Etsy Gift Cards.

Etsy gift cards are pretty explanatory. They're gift cards that you buy through Etsy (not my shop) and you can use them like a debit card.

Direct Checkout is where you pay with your Visa, Mastercard, or other accepted card. There's no extra charge on your end for using this.

Paypal itself has two ways of paying. With Paypal balance/bank account, and with check. If you pay with Paypal Balance/Bank account, the money is there, and I will send it out as soon as possible. If you pay by Paypal Check, I will not mail until the check clears. There is no deadline for Paypal Checks. I just won't ship until it goes through.

I only charge taxes if you come and see me at a craft fair or a convention. Most of my packages go outside of the US anyways, so I can't charge state tax for that.
If you're buying within the United States, I will ship the package out generally the next day, with the new addition of an automated postal service machine! For the smaller items, usually the shipping is 2$. For larger items, it will vary. Unfortunately, it does not do international.

If you are buying internationally, it is usually 3$ for the smaller items, but prices will vary on the larger items, which I will have had weighed ahead of time to get the most accurate price for shipping. I ship out on Mondays. I do have another job, so if I get another day off later in the week, I may ship out then. This "second shipping day" is not always guaranteed, as it might not actually happen, as I do not work a fixed schedule. If a holiday prevents me from mailing on Monday, I will ship it out the next business day.

If you're buying locally, as in in my city, simply send me a convo, and we can meet up at a location that's good for both of us, and I'll give you a free shipping coupon! Just make sure to convo me before you buy.

If for some reason the package does not reach it's destination in the longest acceptable time frame (10 days for national shipping, 20 for international shipping) please convo me and we can work something out, anywhere from a coupon, a second package, to a full refund.

I offer free or discount shipping on almost all multiple item purchases. If it is a large item and must be shipped by itself, then shipping may not be discounted. The only other instance would be a mistake on my part.

As always, I promise never to inflate shipping prices to try and make more money off of my items. Not only do I think that's dishonest, that's just plain wrong, and it's not a good way to get repeat customers. ^_^

Feel free to Convo me if you have questions concerning our shipping policy. I'm always happy to answer any questions. I also will answer emails at "".
Refunds and Exchanges
If I'm sending you something breakable, or something that I'm not 100% sure can't make it in our USPS, I'll Fed Ex it. This may mean a higher shipping, but for a one of a kind thing, I can't just send out another one.

I will do my best to make sure you are happy with your purchase with and from me.

If it breaks on the way there, or it breaks when it's not supposed to, (If a necklace breaks while you're walking, that's not supposed to happen. But if you're hang gliding, and you use your necklace as a pull cord, and it breaks, I'm sorry. You shouldn't use that for that. ^_-) convo me, and I will do my best.

If it is a knitted, sewn, or crocheted item, I will include some easy cleaning tips on a business card or an index card for some help. Unless it is a small item, they will all be pre-washed.

If you have any questions about the refund policy, please free to Convo me. I can also answer questions at "".
Additional policies and FAQs
Everything, unless otherwise noted, is hand made by me, and by buying from me, you're supporting home made items. Thank you!

If you are highly allergic to dogs or cats, then you should probably not purchase anything from me. The animals are not allowed in the work room, but I do wear the same clothes when I walk and play with them that I wear when I'm making things. If you just must have it, please convo me, and I will do my best to make you a brand new listing with a custom made item that I will make a special effort to keep sanitized, and, if the paint and finish allow it, dip it in a sanitizing solution before shipping. The item will have a smell, but it will be sanitized in two solutions verses the one I usually do. ^_^

Everything is made in a smoke free home and a smoke free environment.

If you really like something, but you're allergic to one of the materials, convo me, and I'll do my best to help you get what you want without that chemical compound or type of metal. I'm allergic to a couple of things, so I understand. I'll do my best.

If you have any questions at all, feel free to Convo me. I can also answer questions at "" If you feel I do not answer fast enough, I can also be reached with any of the following.
