Processing time indicates how long it will take for us to produce an item and mail it out. The current processing time is indicated under the "Shipping and Policies" tab.
SHIPPING TIME - DOMESTIC
Domestic shipping methods: USPS First Class (our Standard Shipping, 3-5 business days), Priority (1-3 business days), and Express (1-2 business days, guaranteed). USPS guarantees the delivery date ONLY for Express. We honor our processing time, but we have no control over USPS' shipping speed.
"Guaranteed" means that USPS will refund the postage fee if the item doesn't arrive by the expected delivery date, as indicated by their tracking website. However, USPS may make exceptions to this rule depending on weather conditions and time of the year. Our ability to issue a refund is bound by their rules, and we cannot be responsible for any other loss caused by the delay.
SHIPPING TIME - INTERNATIONAL
International shipping method: USPS First Class mail (10 days to 5 weeks, with the average being 2-3 weeks). Delivery time depends on how quickly customs of the destination country processes packages, and neither the US postal service nor we have control over this.
INSURANCE AND TRACKING
Included in our shipping prices. However, please note USPS doesn't offer tracking for all foreign countries.
Please contact us immediately if the item arrived damaged. We may request a photo of the damaged item for insurance purposes. For lost packages, 21 calendar days (domestic shipments) or 45 calendar days (international shipments) need to pass before we can file an insurance claim. We may request the recipient’s signature on the claim form, and a refund is contingent upon the buyer's willingness to sign the form; we appreciate your kind cooperation.
NON-DELIVERY DUE TO WRONG ADDRESS
No refunds or replacements will be given for non-delivery to an incorrect/invalid address supplied by the buyer. Please make sure that the address you provided is correct when placing an order.
Refunds and Exchanges
We accept cancellations if we receive a request before your package leaves our studio. However, if your item is personalized, a 10% restocking fee will apply once it's made.
WE ACCEPT RETURNS and EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just contact us within 7 days of delivery and return it within 14 days. Items must be in the original condition.
A 10% restocking fee will apply to personalized jewelry and chains cut at the non-standard lengths unless there is an error on our part. This is because custom components are not re-sellable and need to be discarded. The fee covers the materials costs. We do not charge a restocking fee for non-custom-made items.
NECKLACE LENGTH ADJUSTMENTS
Was the necklace too short for your liking? We offer necklace extenders at http://etsy.me/1YF3EMc We can also shorten the necklace that was too long for you if you ship the necklace back to our studio. All shipping and materials costs are the buyer's responsibility unless there was an error on our part.
Please package returns securely and ship with a trackable method. We highly recommend insurance as we cannot accept damaged/lost packages. The original shipping fee is non-refundable, and shipping to and from our studio are the buyer's responsibility, unless there was a mistake on our part.
OUR 90-DAY WARRANTY
If your item breaks under normal wearing conditions, we’d be happy to repair the item if you contact us within 90 days of purchase. There will be no labor charges but return and re-shipping fees will be the buyer’s responsibility. There might be a small charge for missing or unusable parts.
Failure to follow these instructions shown below (e.g., tarnishing due to exposure to moisture) is not covered under our Warranty.
Beyond 90 days and for any accidental damage (e.g., your child yanking the charm) or damage caused by a third-party (e.g., a charm attached by you or your local jeweler falls off because it wasn't attached properly), we’d be happy to offer a repair for a small charge. There will be a fee for any missing or unusable parts, and all shipping fees will be the buyer’s responsibility.
We make every effort to capture the representative appearance of our gemstones and jewelry for you viewing, however, the colors may appear differently on different monitors. Also, gemstones are natural creation of mother nature, hence, variations in colors/makings are to be expected.
There may be a minor change to the chain type/size, jewelry design, and packaging without notice. Store policies are subject to change without notice.

Plated charms: the plating can last long with appropriate care.
• Avoid getting your jewelry wet. Take off plated jewelry when swimming, playing sports, or taking a shower.
• Apply any perfumes, lotions, make-up, etc. and allow them to dry completely BEFORE wearing your jewelry.
• Don't use abrasives when cleaning. When cleaning, take care to not "over buff" or rub excessively.
• Store your jewelry in a jewelry box or a zip-lock bag.
Sterling silver chain/charms: sterling silver oxidizes over time. To prevent oxidization, after wearing wipe it with a soft cloth and put it in a jewelry box or zip lock bag. You can polish oxidized chain with a silver polish cloth or soak it in silver polishing solution to make it shiny again.
14k gold-filled chain/charms: After wearing please wipe it with a soft cloth and put it in a jewelry box or zip lock bag to maintain its shiny look. Use less abrasive polish cloth on gold filled.

Where do I specify initials I want to have engraved?
First, please select options from the pull-down menu on this page, and add the item to the cart. Then, you will see a Note box in the shopping cart. Please leave your initials in that box upon checkout.
Personalization information we need to complete your order varies from item to item. Each listing specifies information you should provide us with (e.g., initials, font choice, length, etc). Please provide that that information in the note box. Please feel free to contact us if anything is unclear.
I don't live in the United States. Will there be customs fees and import taxes?
Customs of each country randomly picks packages for inspection, and there is no way for us to predict whether and how much fees might be assessed. All fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
