Welcome to my shop and I'm so glad to have you here... I love my fans and I'm so glad that my business continues to grow with your love and support! I am honored to share my sweet art with you and to be part of special moments in your lives.
All treats are freshly made to order and with love by my hands.
If you need your treats for a special event or for delivery at a certain time, it's always best to order at least one month in advance and send me a message so we can work out all the details immediately.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
I accept PayPal every time and Credit on certain circumstances. Payment is due at the time of checkout.
If you choose to pay with a deposit, all orders totaling $100 or more will require a 50% deposit once the order is agreed upon, before the calendar is booked and work begins. There will be an initial listing created for the 50% deposit and a second listing with the remaining balance once the work is done and pictures are taken. If you would like to book the calendar but have not yet decided on your total order, then a $50 deposit is required to book your event's order.

10% off (excluding shipping) for 5-9 orders of a dozen
20% off (excluding shipping) for 10 or more orders of a dozen
Cheaper shipping in comparison to purchasing separately
As the buyer, you have every right to cancel your order up to one week prior to my promised ship date, but please let me know the reason for cancellation.
RUSH ORDERS (customer needs order within one week)
If you need a product immediately, please message me before you purchase the items and I can advise if I am able to fulfill the order. A $25 fee is applicable to all rush orders and express shipping will be applied, if necessary.
Great care and effort is put into packaging your order and every order receives special packaging from me including hand wrapped in bubble wrap packaging and at least one (depending on the size of the order) cute gift bag (special gift) for your future use or gift giving.
Please make sure that the address provided is accurate with PayPal. If you would like to have your order shipped to a different address, please make a note with your order to whom and where I should send the item to or simply send me a message with the information.
I ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) and during the summer months (from Memorial Day to Halloween) I have USPS "hold for pickup" so that you or the person you're having the treats sent to can pick the treats up and not have to worry about them sitting in the hot USPS truck or sitting on the porch during the heat. I do not use ice packs because they add unnecessary weight and do not protect from melting once the package has been taken out of the plane and is being delivered to the destination.
Insurance is included, free of charge, on all orders. In case of any loss or damage by the post office, I will work with you to give you any supporting documentation when you put in a claim and get your money refunded from USPS. However, this is your responsibility to initiate as the purchaser and take the claim to USPS.
I have shipped to every state in the US (especially in the summer months since Etsy chocolate shops seem to close) and even Puerto Rico. I am so sorry that I cannot ship anywhere outside of the United States and Puerto Rico due to high shipping rates and high transfer times.
Refunds and Exchanges
A refund will be available only under either of the following circumstances:
1. I sent you the wrong order (hasn't happened yet!).
2. I didn't send your order in time for your event (hasn't happened yet!).
3. USPS has either damaged your package or lost it. Insurance is included, free of charge, on all orders. In case of any loss or damage by the post office, I will work with you to give you any supporting documentation when you put in a claim and get your money refunded from USPS. However, this is your responsibility to initiate as the purchaser and take the claim to USPS.
If for some reason you are absolutely unhappy with your purchase (hasn't happened yet!), please let me know and we can discuss options.

I am ALWAYS happy to fulfill custom cake pop orders so please ask if there is something different that you'd like me to make or if you would like me to make something you've seen before.

*DO YOU USE A MOLD?*
- With love and attention to detail! I do not use a mold for any of my cake pops
(except for my golf ball pops)... all are rolled or formed and dipped by hand.
No machines here!
*DO YOU FILL CUSTOM ORDERS?*
- Yes! I welcome all custom cake pop orders so please send me a message if
you have any ideas. In fact, most of the items you see in my shop were from custom orders :)
*DO I NEED TO REFRIGERATE MY SWEETS?*
- Not at all necessary! My oreos will be fresh for several months and the cake
pops will be fresh for up to two weeks without refrigeration. However, you are
more than welcome to refrigerate if you feel you need to. Please do not freeze
my cake pops! Freezing changes the flavor and I would love for you to have
fresh cake pops on your taste buds :)
*HOW DO I ORDER MORE THAN ONE DOZEN TREATS?*
- If it is in multiples of one dozen, for example 3 dozen, then simply add the amount to your cart and let me know of any special requests in your cart. If it is a number that is not divisible by 12, then simply send me a message and let me know the amount you would like to order so I can create a special listing for you!
