Melissa Joy Vintage was opened as a hobby, to clear out a personal stockpile of horded goodies, but soon became a full-time, dream job! All things vintage; who doesn't love it?! But the time, energy and devotion it takes to treasure hunt and score, sometimes defers one from collecting. Well that's where we come in! We love nothing more than to provide our customers with the opportunity to find fantastic treasures without the task of searching - we do that for you!

Melissa Joy vintage has many angels - the biggest being Melissa's unbelievably fab husband, Aaron (aka the shipping wizard!) who has always tolerated Melissa's impulsive shopping habits, supplies the funds, and handles all of the shipping! What a lucky girl!

We accept payment through PayPal and direct checkout with any major credit card.
All purchases are shipped to the address that is in PayPal or Direct checkout trough Etsy Shop. It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address is correct prior to purchasing.

All items are shipped within 5 days of receiving payment, not including weekends. We do not include insurance on any of the items in our shop unless you contact us prior to purchase and let us know you would like insurance. We would be glad to do that for you.

We will be happy to ship internationally. Please email for the shipping rates. Shipping internationally will go smoothly most of the time, but every so often a package can get stuck in customs. The buyer will be responsible for any additional fees that may be charged in customs. It is virtually impossible to track a package after it has left our Country (USA), therefor, we will help as much as we possibly can, but it is ultimately the buyers responsibility to track and receive the package after it has left our country. Please allow more than 30 days to receive international packages.

We can not be held responsible for damage on uninsured items. Once an item leaves our shop, we can not be held responsible for any customs delays.

We will absolutely combine shipping on orders of multiples, please email before you purchase so combined shipping can be worked out.

Lastly, I RECYCLE EVERYTHING! I am a re-user in every area of my life; that being said, we use recycled shipping material often. If you would prefer a shiny, pretty, new box, please let us know ahead of time. Otherwise, we will assume you are okay with second hand shipping materials. I HEART TREES!
Refunds and Exchanges
It is SO beyond important to us that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase and experience from MelissaJoyVintage. Please contact us immediately if you are anything short of that - We will do everything humanly possible to make it right for you.

Any item may returned within two weeks of the purchase date if it is in the exact condition as it was received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, a full refund will be given for merchandise only.
Additional policies and FAQs
International shoppers: Recently it has been brought to our attention that new tax fees have sometimes been charged when packages arrive to their destination country - we have no way of knowing about these fees per country. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of their country's policies in regard to these new taxes. This has only happened a few times with our International customers.
