Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
Please contact me within 10 days of receiving your item to obtain instructions and return shipping information.
In the case of a return all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that items must be in perfect condition and should be well-packed, adding insurance and delivery confirmation when returning the item is suggested.
All cancelled items must be returned to me, here in the UK.
Payment
Any purchases will have a 48 hour payment window.
Any payments not recieved after this time may result in a cancelled sale.
If you ever wish to cancel a sale, please contact me as soon as possible and let me know what is the problem and I will be happy to help / rectify any situation.
Shipping
I ship Worldwide.
Your items will be shipped to you within 3 - 5 working days from the date of order. I will send you an email to let you know when your item is on it's way.
Larger items will be sent by tracked and insured mail/ airmail. Smaller items such as greeting cards, postcards etc. will be sent by regular airmail if outside the UK, or by First Class mail within the UK to keep the cost of postage low.
I cannot personally be held responsible for any items lost in the post and I always obtain proof of postage, but if after the allotted delivery times ( 15 days UK, 20 days EU) have passed and your package has still not arrived, I will offer a full refund.
