After a successful Etsy shop for my African jewelry, I have this new shop for everyday jewelry
Before I began designing jewelry for my first Etsy shop in 2015. I designed jewelry for my daughter with a special needs granddaughter to sell to help with expenses. After a few years she decided to specialize in awareness jewelry that she still does today. That left some of my designs unsold, so I've added to them with more current designs to sell on this new shop. Locally, I've been selling what I call 'everyday' jewelry off my neck, so to speak. I wear new creations to local events and people see them and want to buy them. I'm a walking advertisement!
I love my African jewelry using colorful beads from African and US importers. But, I recently discovered some great pendants from Turkey and beads from other countries that now let me go in a new direction. The new jewelry line lends itself more to this new shop, so I recently put this one together.
I've given jewelry design presentations to local Art clubs and was president of a contemporary museum member group in Hawaii. I have a lot of beach jewelry to add to this shop at some point.

As a former graphic artist for over 100 websites, I added jewelry design years ago. I specialized in African jewelry designs (africajewelrydesign shop on Etsy 2015) with some ethnic items from my travels. Now I have requests for more generic designs.
