How to place a custom order?
Select the size, color, and text separately and add them to your cart.
Repeat this process for each shirt.
Then go to your cart and proceed to checkout to complete your payment.
Can I modify my order?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't entered production yet.
Send us a message as soon as possible.
Can I change the shipping address?
We can only modify it if the shipping label hasn't been generated yet.

We recommend measuring a garment that fits you well (armpit to armpit and total length) and comparing it to the chart to choose the correct size.
Because items are made to order, we cannot change the size or color once produced.
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES.
Production time: 2 to 5 business days (average 3).
Estimated shipping time: 3 to 5 business days.
These times are estimates and may vary, especially during peak seasons or holidays.
IF YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE.
Contact us and we'll check the shipping status with you.
If the package is lost, we'll file a claim with the shipping company and let you know what the available solution is.

Each item is made especially for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color choice, or change of mind.
However, if the item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

RETURNED PACKAGES OR INCORRECT ADDRESS.
