Does Melsinki Accessories Ship Worldwide?
Yes, Melsinki Accessories ships worldwide and most orders are processed within 1-5 business days, unless stated otherwise.
Orders to the USA, most of Canada, and Europe are shipped by Fedex, DHL, UPS or similar and you can expect to receive your item just a few days after shipping.
Orders to the UK are shipped by Royal Mail’s 1st Class Recorded, Fed Ex or DHL couriers
Most international deliveries are with customers in 3 - 5 days. We FedEx, DHL, TNT, Yamato or similar service as our default international delivery option. This service can take as little as 2 days to major cities, or as long as 4 days on average, depending on the destination. Shipping time can vary significantly for remote areas.
What Are Your Opening Times
Melsinki Accessories is an Internet based company and you can make an order any time. Our studio is not open on the weekends or Bank Holidays and orders are not shipped during this time. We aim to answer all enquiries promptly however, it may take a little longer to get back to you over the weekend period.
Please also note that we are based in Finland so there may be a time difference if you are in another part of the world.
Can I return my item
Melsinki Accessories wants you to be happy with your purchase. If the item is faulty or not as described you can return it for a full refund. We do not accept returns for the change of mind.
Any returned items must be completely unused, in their original condition and with all security tags still attached. Refunds are not given on used items.
Custom and personalized items can't be returned.
If you wish to return an item please contact Melsinki Accessories on Etsy.
All the returns need to be sent Finland.
All refunds are made within 7 working days of receiving the item.

Wholesale availability
All the items in the shop are available for wholesale. please make contact for wholesale prices and quantities.
Can I cancel an order I made
You have 30 minutes to cancel your order from placing your order. You can check with us after this but if we have started making your order it is too late cancel.
Late delivery
Orders that haven't been delivered within the estimated delivery time should be reported to us within 4 weeks for a potential order reimbursement. If contact is made later that this we might not be able to help you.
