5 out of 5 starsIt’s very apparent that the owner puts their heart into this business. I was in heaven from the moment I opened the box… before lighting a single candle! The packaging was thoughtful and artfully executed. The candles are highly scented without being overpowering or smelling artificial. Small batch, hand poured, music inspired, understated elegance make for an extremely pleasant full-sensory experience. The amazing smells and resulting good vibes linger, even when put to the test against my split-level, four dog household. I truly love the sustainability aspect as well — 100% soy wax and the jars can easily be repurposed for a variety of uses. Highly recommend!!!! You need Melted Melodies in your life!!

5 out of 5 starsI love candles. I am always experimenting with new brands hoping to find something new and exciting. Unfortunately, I've been disappointed so many times that a candle purchase comes with a high level of skepticism, but the hope remains. Baby, Baby, Baby from Melted Melodies LLC was a shocker! Not only did the candle smell like its name, but it also continued to refresh the room with the scent AFTER the candle was blown out! I can't wait to try more candles from this vendor!

5 out of 5 starsI met the Candle Master behind this business and gave her a challenge. I have a love for the taste AND smell of coffee. Unfortunately, most coffee candles smell good when you take off the lid but fail to deliver that scent once the candle is lit. If you want to enjoy your coffee and smell it too, you HAVE to try to Wake Me Up! The Candle Master at Melted Melodies LLC did not disappoint!

What if my item arrives damaged?
We package all of our items with care and extra cushion to ensure they arrive in good condition. Although the frequency of damaged items shipped from Melted Melodies Candle Co is low, breakage can occur from time to time. We include shipping insurance on all orders shipped. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please take a photo of your broken item inside of the box with packaging, along with a photo of your shipping label on the outside of the box. Please send these photos to us and a description of the broken item(s) and we will be happy to replace those items as quickly as possible. 🕯
What if I entered the incorrect shipping address?
Email us immediately at meltedmelodiesllc@gmail.com. Please know, it is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping information during checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible if you entered the wrong address. No refunds will be issued for incorrect mailing addresses or undeliverable items. If an item is returned to us or needs to be resent, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fees. 🕯
How do I customize a candle label?
Please select the 'custom candle' option to customize your candle label. Please confirm all spelling, as we copy, paste and print exactly what you have entered.

Candles frosting and wet spots?
Due to the nature of soy wax, frosting and wet spots may occur due to temperature change.
Returns are not allowed for the reason of candle frostings, "wet spots" or slight differences in candle appearance, as these do not affect the performance of the candle. 🕯
How can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us within 1 hour of placing your order. After 24 hours, 20% restocking fee will be applied on all cancellations. We are unable to cancel your order if it has already been shipped. 🕯
How can I minimize tunneling and soot?
1. Burn your candle for at least 4 hours for the first time.
2. Avoid burning your candle more than 4 hours at a time.
3. Trim your wick before each burn.
4. Keep your candle away from areas that don’t get enough oxygen.
5. If the flame on your candle grows more than 1 inch, distinguish the flame, trim the wick and relight.
