***CHRISTMAS DEADLINE (for United States customers ONLY): Order by December 15th to get your planner in time for Christmas***
►Processing Time: Your order will be shipped within 4 business days through USPS.
►Arrival Time: Business days do not include holidays and weekends. Items traveling to domestic destinations (U.S.) typically arrive within 10 days after an order is placed.
►International destinations (including Canada) can take up to 6 weeks due to delays at customs, but most orders arrive within 2-3 weeks. Shipping time varies based on the size of the item, country of destination, and regional distribution methods.
►Postal delays due to inclement weather are rare but possible.
►Contact shop you if require expedited shipping or rush delivery service.
Refunds and Exchanges
All items in the Planner sections are eligible for return and refund within 14 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping fees associated with an item's return. All returned items must be packaged safely and be delivered in perfect condition.
Exchanges are done on a case-by-case basis, but typically custom ordered planners will not be eligible for exchange. Please contact shop owner to discuss the possibility of an exchange for NON-custom ordered planners.
If the buyer provides an incorrect address resulting in a package being returned to the sender, the buyer must pay any and all associated shipping costs/listing fees for the item to be redelivered to a new address.
Additional Policies and FAQs
If you ordered a personalized planner, please make sure that you left your personalization info (or wrote the word BLANK if you wanted it unpersonalized) in the "Note to Seller" box during checkout as instructed in the listing you purchased. If you did not do so, we will contact you through Etsy Convo requesting the information within 24 hours. Please send the necessary personalization information at your earliest convenience. Failure to do so within 72 hours of being contacted by us will result in the default, unpersonalized version of the cover style being sent. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, we're all set with the information needed for your order!
Please message us if you would like to inquire about a custom order. Custom orders typically cost $5-10 more, but the final price depends on the complexity of the requests.
*NOTE: There is an additional customization fee for ANY AND ALL changes to the task pads, due to the extra time it takes to communicate, redesign/reformat, and collate/print/bind custom planners separately from the standard layouts. After contacting the shop with your design preferences, a link to your reserved custom listing with the additional fee included will be sent to you (provided that the changes requested are feasible. Customers MAY NOT simply purchase the item in this listing and request a custom change in the Note to Seller box during checkout. Attempts to avoid payment by misusing the Note to Seller box will result in the cancellation of your order.
PROBLEM SELECTING LAYOUT OPTION AND START MONTH FROM DROP DOWN MENU? If for any reason the drop down menu for selecting your customization options doesn't work, please leave the layout choice and your start month choice in "Note to Seller" during checkout.
