No order is too big or too small - biggest order to date is 500 favours.

PERSONALISATION
Please place the personalised message you require in the note to seller. Please ensure all spellings/ dates etc are correct as this will be copied for printing.
Any errors or corrections will be charged extra to put right plus a handling charge.
Labels
In order to keep the details on tags and labels to the minimum & personalized with your details and our branding we do not include Best Before dates, weights or ingredients. However we can provide this information if requested on a separate label.

I normally work on a 5-7 day lead time but will always try to get your order to you promptly if you need it in a rush please contact me BEFORE placing your order and I will try to help. All custom orders take longer to process so please ensure you let me know when they are needed by and an agreed timescale will be set.

Where it all began!

Melys I am very proud to say has been established since 2013 and has grown beyond my expectations. I started my shop by producing just the honey favours, filling jars of honey straight from my hives. Demand for more wedding related items saw the introduction of the cake toppers and wood decorations which are all designed and made to order. As an avid crafter I have always been able to turn my hand to most crafts and Pyrography was one of them.
Soon after, in search of more products to share with buyers I introduced the test tubes, these were quirky! And something a little different from the norm and you all loved them, my family on the other hand thought I was raving mad!
Quality service is extremely important and starts from the first message or order that I receive. Every stage of the process from design to packing is done by yours truly. I want you to love your order and I want you to pay a fair price this has always been important to me.
My supplies are carefully sourced and I try to use all natural products whenever possible. I have built up a good relationship with my wholesalers to get you the best products at the best price. As my business grows so do the demands of stock and I now have to buy in additional supplies to boost these levels. I insist that the stock brought in is every bit as good as what I can produce and can assure you that it won’t be compromised.
I love a good cup of tea! So my tea is a premium quality that will delight you, starting with a fine aroma and ending with a wonderful taste sensation as you drink it. The botanicals and spices have been bought from the top producers around the world by my supplier and are the highest quality for you to enjoy! Honey comes from my own apiary but if the demand is more than I can produce in a season then I buy this in from another beekeeper who produces raw honey like myself and is just as delicious. Jams and preserves are now produced by a supplier who makes them in small batches using the finest ingredients in the traditional way. The new kid on the block is the natural skincare range made by hand. Bath salts are made by myself and I am introducing a range of soaps this year with the help of a local artisan supplier who makes natural handmade soap that is as pure and authentic as possible, soap making from scratch from fine plant oils and extracts, botanicals, organic ingredients, aromatherapy blends and essential oils.
My packaging and branding has evolved over the last few years and probably will continue to do so until I feel it is completely right (this is the perfectionist in me). I do try at all times to use recycled and eco-friendly packaging and a large amount of what I use can be recycled or reused by you.
I love custom orders and I am happy to discuss your needs no matter how big or small. I have supplied favours for small family parties to large weddings and corporate events. The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of some products these cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or deflective. This includes any food items (including drink ingredients) and any order that has been customised or personalised in anyway and all custom made or bulk orders.

Should you wish to return an order that is not an exception you must contact us first to let us know. Once we have acknowledged reciept of this message and agree a refund the item must be posted back to us in its original condition and packaging, within 7 days of reciept. Once the return has been checked and is in a resaleable condition a refund will be issued for the item. I do not refund shipping and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please obtain a certificate of postage in case a parcel fails to reach us so you can claim against the postal service.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty or damaged please contact me within 2 days of receipt so we can resolve the matter together. please contact me by email with photographs of the product and its packaging melys [!at] maelgwyn.co.uk so I can assess the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Payment
I accept payments by paypal for your convienience you do not need a paypal account to use this facility. I am now accepting Etsy Gift Cards and you can now pay by credit card I do not accept cheques or money orders.
Shipping
I will ship to your default Paypal or Etsy address and cannot be held responsible if this is not updated. For gift items going direct to recipient it is your responsibility to ensure this is correct.

Shipping -UK
Small packages will be sent via Royal Mail and are not tracked but proof of posting is obtained. Delivery times are normally 1-3 days. For peace of mind a Tracked postage is an option for you to purchase please contact me for a shipping upgrade.

All mini jar favours over 20 jars and bulk orders will be sent via courier and tracked
I will ship to your default Paypal or Etsy address and cannot be held responsible if this is not updated or incorrect.

Please ensure there is someone home to receive your order, I cannot be held responsible for non delivery or any expenses incurred when collecting it.

Shipping -International
Small packages will be sent via Roayal Mail airmail delivery and proof of posting obtained. Please note these packages will not be tracked unless you have purchased this option and then a tracking number will be sent as a notification. Delivery times are approx 7-14 working days for the USA but some times can take 3-4 weeks during busy periods such as Bank holidays & Christmas. PLEASE NOTE in other areas of the world post can take longer than this.

All mini jar favours over 20 jars and large orders will be sent via a courier and tracked for your convenience.A tracking number will be given on the despatch notification. Delivery times will vary.

Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, levies and any additional fees. Unfortunately I am not in a position to predict what these may be, if any are applied.

Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information. I am not responsible for any delays to deliveries that have been held up by customs procedures in your country.
