Frequently asked questions
Care instructions

Our products are not water resistant, due to the nontoxic materials we use to make them. Avoid exposing any of our pieces to water or humid environments, especially when swimming or bathing. Do not submerge in water, or use water or cleaning products on your piece. To clean, wipe gently with a soft cloth.

Store your piece in a box or pouch with a soft lining to protect it from scratches. Avoid knocking your piece into hard objects.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Our default packaging for jewelry is a jewelry card on which your piece is mounted. This card is then enclosed in a protective plastic bag to guard from chips or scratches in transit.

Other items such as magnets or pins are enclosed in a protective plastic bag for shipping.

If you need something gift wrapped, send us a convo. We can almost certainly work something out for you for a small additional fee to cover packaging materials.

Custom and personalized orders

We are happy to fulfill requests for customization and personalization as long as they do not violate anyone's intellectual property rights. Send our shop a convo and ask!

Wholesale availability

We offer wholesale rates at 50% of retail, beginning at the very reasonable volume of 10 units or more of a single item. Depending on current stock, we may require additional time to complete wholesale orders or to accommodate custom requests. Please contact us for additional information if you are interested.

Copyright Questions

We are proud to offer a variety of interesting visual materials in our shop, featuring a combination of our original designs, and public domain or vintage images no longer subject to copyright.

We take intellectual property rights seriously, and do our research to ensure that we do not use source images in violation of copyright or trademarks of others. That being said, we rely in good faith on information available online when sourcing our images and determining their legal status.

If you see an item in our shop that you believe is in violation of your intellectual property rights, please contact us and we will work with you to assess the issue and remove any unlawful materials.

Materials & Creation Process

We source only nickel, cadmium, and lead free materials. All pieces, unless otherwise noted, are handmade by us.
