Memories in a Snap Alphabet Photography and Gifts is a family run photography business. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and quality products to meet all your home decor and gift needs.
All of our prints are professionally printed with Kodak Professional Lustre paper. This means you do not have to worry about the quality and know you will have a trusted heirloom for many years to come.
At this time, we only accept payment through Paypal and through our Shop Payment Account.
To pay via Paypal you are not required to have a paypal account to make payment. Please visit www.paypal.com for more information about sending payments with paypal.
All Tennessee residents will be charged 9.75% sales tax.
Your order will be shipped to the Paypal address on file unless otherwise noted.
We make every effort to ensure order accuracy before the order is shipped. If there is a problem with your order please contact us ASAP to let us know.
If there is shipping damage, contact us within 3 working days with a description of the damage.
International Shipping: We currently ship internationally to Canada and Australia.
Please contact us with any questions you may have about shipping. We also offer upgraded and expedited options if you need your print in a hurry.
2nd Day Shipping on all non-framed orders: $15.00
Overnight Shipping on all non-framed orders: $30.00
We send orders in for printing on Tuesdays and Fridays at noon CST. Turn around time for prints once they have been sent to the printer is normally 10 business days. Please note that we do not work over the weekends. We use this time for our family. Any orders placed over a weekend will be processed on Monday.
Refunds and Exchanges
Memories in a Snap has a proof approval system that works great for our customers.
When you purchase a custom made alphabet photography print or vinyl design we will send a proof to your Etsy Inbox within 2 business days. This gives our customers the option to make changes until they are 100% happy with their print.
We ask our customers to pay careful attention to spelling, dates and accuracy before sending their approval to us.
Once your print has been approved it will be scheduled to be sent to the printer. Once the approval has been made we are not able to offer a full refund to customers.
We will work with each and every one of our customers to ensure they are 100% happy with their alphabet photography print. Feel free to convo us with any questions you may have.

Earn a $2 reward for every new customer you bring to the Memories in a Snap Alphabet Photography and Gifts Etsy store!
Word of mouth is the best way to generate new business and help a start up company. To help get the word out about our new Etsy store we have developed the new Memories in a Snap Ambassador Program that allows you to earn store credits for every new customer you bring to us.
How Does It Work?
1.) Send us a convo or email to let us know you would like to become a part of the Ambassador Program.
2.) We will send you your very own promo code that can be used in our Etsy store for 10% off a new customer order.
3.) You share your promo code and our Etsy store address with all of your friends and family. You can also post it on a blog/Facebook/Twitter, etc.
4.) Your referrals come to our Etsy shop and use your promo code to buy something. They will receive 10% off their first purchase and you will receive a $2 store credit to use in our Etsy store.

We will notify Tanya every time someone uses her code and she can save up the store credits and use them whenever she wants to buy something. Having just these two friends buy something get’s Tanya $4 in store credit!!!
1. Initial purchase of $20 or more is required before you become eligible for the Referral Program
2. The referral code must be used during the purchase in order to receive your store credit.
3. No expiration date on your store credit.
