About

My Dream: to be a stay at home mom

My dream has always been to be a stay at home mom. That's what this shop is all about.

From a young age I loved to make things. As I entered high school, I became obsessed with crafting. I began with scrapbooking, learned how to paint, and eventually got bored with the two.

Meanwhile, I loved to accessorize with jewelry. Whenever I found a piece on clearance, I would take it apart with my teeth and nails and redo it how I liked it. Eventually I started making my jewelry from scratch, with tools and all.

I started selling my jewelry to family and friends to support my hobby. A few years later, i got married, and now with a baby to support as well, I hope to turn this hobby into a means to help support my family. I hope that I can sell enough of my creations to support my little one.

My Design Process:

While some prefer to think in advance, I design as I go along. I start by selecting the best beads, the most beautiful gemstone strands (I love organic - looking ones), and my favorite colors of Swarovski crystal. I choose findings to match - unique toggle clasps, accent beads, and earwires.

When I am ready to create, I start with my beads, create a style that matches them and start making! Each step of my creation process is also a thought process, and every detail is designed with care.

I hope you enjoy my pieces that come from the heart!

Everything in the store is unique.Everything is handcrafted by myself. My main style of twisted wire is an original style, what I call my trademark style. Custom orders are always available, including size changes, differences in material used. I do not refer to jewelry making books, nor look at other jewelers for designs and styles therefore everything has a signature "Menucha" look.

I've experimented with materials from various sources and choose only top quality. Each piece is strong and should last. If there is a problem, please refer to the "refunds and exchanges" section of my shop policy.

Photographs are as accurate as possible - always taken in natural lighting. When buying, however, please note that many monitors display colors differently. Once again, if you are not satisfied, please note that I have a great return policy.

Payment
I primarily accept paypal payments and all major credit cards which run through paypal. I am now accepting payments via direct checkout, as well as Etsy gift cards.
If you would like to pay otherwise, please contact me and place a specific request. Until I ship an order, an order can always be canceled. I will however charge any expenses that may have been incurred.
Please note: I will not ship out an order until payment is completed. Estimated time that an items ships out is determined by when payment is completed.
Shipping
Domestic - US:

New! I now ship via flat rate USPS boxes - that means that you can order as much as you'd like and you pay a low flat rate of $5.80. Team up with your neighbors to save on shipping!

Domestic shipping usually takes a 1-3 business days within the continental US (although leave time for delays that happen with the postal system), add to that 3-5 business days for processing and you can expect your order to arrive between 4-8 business days. If you need it faster than that, feel free to contact me!

If you'd like to ship any other way, feel free to contact me and we can work something out.

International:

While I try to keep things affordable for my international customers, postage rates are skyrocketing! I offer my best estimate on what it'll cost me to ship, but in the case that the difference between what it cost and what I charged you is significant (more than a couple of dollars) I WILL refund you! I ship in a padded envelope via regular airmail. This takes usually 7-14 business days (plus 3-5 days processing time) so leave time for your order to ship. I am willing to work with you so if this is not good, feel free to contact me!

I appreciate confirmation that you've received your package, and positive feedback is greatly treasured!
Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges and refunds available for items shipped back (postmarked) within 2 weeks of date received, provided it is in perfect condition and has never been worn. However any extra expenses to me (i.e. shipping costs) will be charged to you.

If you are not satisfied, and want a small change, or if something happens to it, I will be glad to fix free of charge, however, again, any extra expenses are your responsibility. Each item I make is like a part of me and it's important to me that you really enjoy it!

Never wear any costume jewelry in the shower, swimming, etc, and preferably not to sleep either. Damage due to negligence is never the seller's responsibility. To preserve the longevity of plated metals, glass pearls, and other coated items, coat those parts with a layer or two of clear nail polish (any items that are labeled "anti-tarnish" usually have a similar enamel coating)
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom prices are available for wholesale orders. Consignment is available only for local shops with a deposit (i.e. I will return the money for items you didn't sell within a specific period of time) and only on bulk orders. EVERY PIECE IS GUARANTEED TO LAST; if anything happens that indicates a flaw in workmanship on my part, let me know, we'll work it out!
