Designing is my Passion

I worked for several years as a designer of women’s clothing at two of Japan’s most well-known fashion houses. After moving to Canada my focus switched to jewelry - the result being Menuet Designs! So happy to share a passion for the art of jewelry as a part of the Etsy community!

Every month a portion of our sales are donated to two charitable organizations - Doctors without Borders and Because I Am a Girl (Plan International).

Menuet Designs started up in 2010 and consists of me and my husband. I am responsible for planning, designing and making our jewelry as well as material procurement. David handles customer correspondence, shipping, and the never ending paper work.

All of our jewelry can be personalized as a special gift for friend, family member or yourself. (Just go to our “Add-On Charms” section.) If you have a custom request, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

is not received, your order will ship with blank letters and the stone that appears in

What is 14 Karat gold fill?
A solid layer of 14 KARAT GOLD is bonded to the top of another metal. This layer is
100+ times thicker than gold plate, resulting in a durable product that can be
cleaned and may last for years to come if treated properly. Our chain and findings
are all USA-made, 14k GOLD FILL.

About on sterling silver
Like all sterling silver, our STERLING SILVER may tarnish over time but can be easily
restored to it's original shine with a polishing cloth or liquid. Our chain and
findings are all USA-made, 925 sterling silver.

R E T U R N S & REFUNDS
• please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and ship back within 14 days. Contact us for our RETURNS ADDRESS. This address is different from the address on your package!

PLEASE NOTE:
Unless Meneut Designs has made an error, all refunds:
• incur a $3.50 USD restocking fee
• do not include the cost of any personalized portion, such as
initialed leaves
• do not include the original shipping fee.

• Returns must be sent through USPS (USA customers) or Canada Post (Canada customers) and NOT through private couriers like FedEx or UPS.
• Menuet Deigns is not responsible for replacing/refunding an order if the shipping adddress provided was incorrect or insufficient and your shipment was not received.
• Refunds are processed after your order is received back. You may want to insure your return or include tracking as we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.

If your jewelry needs repair or replacing within the first month, we will be happy to do so free of charge (depending on circumstance). Please note: we do not offer refunds on jewelry in need of repair.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (UK, Australia, Etc.)
•Ship via Canada Post, time in route normally about two weeks. Please note: carriers are experiencing major delays and transit time may be up to 30 days.

The time from shipping to delivery of your order may depend on the recipient's location, whether the order was placed on a weekend or holiday, the shipping method chosen, weather events, and potential inconsistancies at the postal service. We always ship in accordance with the prep time indicated but cannot be held responsible for slower than expected delivery due to factors beyond our control.
Purchasing priority shipping only expedites the transit time, not the production

All orders are attractively gift-wrapped. U.S. orders ship in a jewelry box (except add-on items). Canadian/International orders ship in an orgazaza bag. Please see item listings for examples.

About HAND-STAMPED JEWELRY

Due to the hand stamped nature of many of our items, the letters may not perfectly aligned or have a perfectly uniform depth or impression. Impression marks may be slightly visible on the reverse side - which is a normal result of stamping, not a defect. Some letters may be a bit smaller or bigger than others or slightly different than how they are pictured in each listing.
