Can I see how my label will look before I order?
We only provide label previews after the payment is received. However, if your logo looks too complex to print on thermal printer, we always do print test before we take any order and we take a photo of printed logo on ribbon and send it to customer so they can see how it will look and if they like what they see and want to proceed with ordering.
Do you accept screen capture images?
We accept high resolution images at 300dpi. This will guarantee nice and sharp print.
Screen captures are 96 dpi, sometimes blurry, pixelated and therefore it will affect your print quality. The print will come out dull with lack of sharpness.
The best to receive from you is vector graphic that can be in these formats: .svg, .ai, .cdr, .eps, .ps. Vector graphic can be placed in .pdf

What is satin?
Our satin ribbons are of high quality, luxury feel and softness material.
Satin is a weave that typically has a glossy surface and a dull back. It is a warp-dominated weaving technique that forms a minimum number of interlacing in a fabric. If a fabric is formed with a satin weave using filament fibers such as silk, nylon, or polyester, the corresponding fabric is termed a satin, although some definitions insist that the fabric be made from silk.
Satin labels are ideal for all kinds of garments, perfect for lingerie, children wear etc.
What is coated nylon?
Coated Nylon is a low cost general purpose material which can be printed on one side only. Excellent for transferring 300 dpi graphic images and barcoding.
It is paper-thin, plastic-like material.
Usually care and wash instructions, fabric composition, symbols and barcodes are printed on nylon ribbon.
It is not suitable to be sewn where the label will be close to the skin as it can irritate it due to it's roughness.
Do my logo/artwork needs to have black background for black satin labels?
No. For both: white and black satin labels the graphic image needs to be on white background only. The image should be black/white, no colors please.
Can you print in colors on satin or nylon ribbon?
No. We offer 1 color monochrome print only on the textile ribbons.
What file format do you accept?
