About Me

Behold the influence of spiritual seeking for 30+ years. As a result, my art draws upon a wealth of experientially-based ways of seeing the sacred.

My mixed media paintings and mosaics typically interweave tradition-specific symbols such as a Tree of Life or labyrinth, with universal ones like dragonflies or spirals. Now that I live in The Land of Enchantment (New Mexico), cacti are starting to make an appearance in my work, cosmically so!

During this international pandemic, creating art is keeping me centered. I hope having my art in your home and whatever is your office or studio these days. Stay safe!

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders

I'd love to work with you to craft something special to give as a gift or keep for yourself. You'll find examples of custom work in my website's gallery section.

Care instructions

Although I use heavy-duty adhesives, epoxy grout, and water-resistant sealers, be careful about slamming, dropping, or banging the artwork. Not that you would, of course. You may certainly touch them to enjoy the tiles and beads. Finger labyrinths are constructed to be touch frequently. My mezuzot are crafted for indoor use or an outside door protected from the weather. Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth as needed. Use an air can with intricate pieces.

Breakage

Everything I ship is wrapped with no shortage of compulsivity in the padding department. Still, beads (especially teensy seed beads) may dislodge. Please contact me by email with a picture of what has gone askew and we'll figure out a mutually-agreeable fix.

Cats or Dogs?

Cats but currently only one.
