Dato che ero abbastanza grande da notare i gioielli sulle persone, l'ho adorato. Ero solito chiedere a mia nonna e ai miei amici se avevano qualche vecchio gioiello per me. Non l'ho indossato, l'ho solo portato in giro con me in una borsa, come un tesoro.

È ancora un tesoro per me! Gioielli e opere d'arte aprono uno spazio attraverso il quale le nostre anime e la nostra immaginazione possono brillare. Ho sempre avuto un'affinità speciale per le sirene. Fin da quando ero una ragazza, ero e sono ancora affascinata dall'ascoltare la tradizione delle sirene. Adoro la fotografia sottomarina e il pensiero di una grotta nascosta colorata e segreta nascosta sotto le onde dove le sirene possono vivere e giocare guida la mia immaginazione! Questo ramo della tradizione fantastica ha portato ad altri rami del divertimento e dell'arte e della scrittura fantasy.

Un amato istruttore d'arte ha detto che mi avrebbe classificato come colorista perché avevo una conoscenza intuitiva di quali colori usare che avrebbero creato un'atmosfera o un design di successo. Ho usato questo senso sviluppato per creare combinazioni di colori in gioielli che sono sorprendenti e anche confortanti. I miei gioielli unici nel loro genere sono arricchiti con design e comfort tenendo presente chi li indossa.

L'artigianalità è molto importante per me e lo dimostra nei miei prodotti. Sto dietro i pezzi che creo. Since I was old enough to notice jewelry on people, I loved it. I use to ask my Grandmother and friends if they had any old jewelry for me. I didn’t wear it – I just carried it around with me in a bag, like a treasure.

It still is a treasure to me! Jewelry and art work opens up a space for our souls and imaginations to shine through. Jewelry, as an accessory finishes an outfit, but also creates a mood. It can brighten your day, make you mysterious or give a classical polished shine for a formal event.

I have always had a special affinity for mermaids. Since I was a young girl, I was and still am fascinated hearing about mermaid lore. I love undersea photography and the thought of a hidden colorful, secret grotto hidden beneath the waves where mermaids may live and play drives my imagination! This branch of fantastical lore has led to other branches of fun and fantasy art and writing.

A cherished art instructor said he would classify me as a colorist because I had an intuitive knowledge of what colors to use that would create a mood or a successful design. I used this developed sense to create color combinations in jewelry that are striking and also comforting. My one of a kind jewelry pieces are enhanced with design and comfort keeping the wearer in mind.
