SHIPPING: Typically, I ship in 1-2 business days. Post office drops are typically every other business day (and sometimes Saturday). However, a few times a year there are events / trips that will take me out of town for 3-5 days so check my shipping profile for updated shipping estimates or contact me about shipping times if you need something shipped right away. ***Please understand that once an order is in the hands of USPS, it is out of my control and I cannot guarantee specific shipping arrival times.
CANADA / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I am only shipping internationally to Canada at this time. Items typically arrive in 2-3 weeks after shipping. Items ship USPS First Class mail. If you would like a Priority shipping upgrade, contact me for the prices. I estimate the shipping cost based on standard package weight. If your package ends up being smaller than average cost, I will refund any significant shipping cost overages.
Returns: We have a no questions asked return policy. Just contact me within 14 days of receiving the jewelry, and ship back in new condition within 30 days of purchase. So you can shop with confidence!

There was a small issue with the first set of earrings that arrived (quickly, I might add). After contacting her, Cara immediately sent the pair I had originally ordered without hesitation! The second pair arrived quickly as well! I would absolutely recommend her shop to anyone! Thank you, Cara! They are gorgeous!
