Received shipping notification, but status never changed for days. Reached out to seller with no response. Opened a case with Etsy and Etsy issued a refund. I understand things happen, and I likely would have been more understanding had I received some sort of communication from the seller. I don’t like writing negative reviews, especially for small businesses. Really disappointed.

Item never received, the wrong item was sent. Seller said she would send correct item 2 weeks ago it has not arrived.
